The food here isn't an afterthought. You can get the classic Czech goulash soup served inside a hollowed-out bread bowl. It's heavy and salty. It’s perfect with a cold beer. It’s one of the few spots in Old Town that actually prioritizes live acts over a laptop playlist. It feels raw and immediate, which is exactly what you want from a night out in Prague.
