This place is absolutely wild. We're talking about a hotel inside a 19th-century Freemason lodge from 1896. When we first walked in, we honestly felt like we were in some secret society movie. The whole building used to be the Symbolic Grand Lodge of Hungary, and you can feel that mysterious energy everywhere.

The rooms are designed around Greek column styles - Corinth, Ion, and Doric themes. But here's the cool part: there are hidden passageways throughout the building. We spent way too much time trying to solve the puzzles and optical illusions scattered around. The Great Hall Restaurant used to be an actual ritual temple, and now you can eat dinner surrounded by Egyptian Revival decorations and ancient symbols.

Each room has unique artwork inspired by Baroque and Renaissance masters. The Secret Garden Spa sits in a peaceful courtyard where you can escape all the mystery for a while. We can't be the only ones who felt like treasure hunters staying here.

If you're into music, this hotel will blow your mind. It's right next to St. Stephen's Basilica, and every single thing here celebrates music. The hotel has four wings - Classical, Opera, Contemporary, and Jazz. We stayed in the Jazz wing once and felt like we were in a 1920s speakeasy with all the spotlights and chrome details.

The Classical wing has Neo-Baroque furniture but with modern touches. Every room has these amazing caricatures by Joseph Blecha showing famous musicians from Maria Callas to Bob Dylan. They even have Hungarian legends like Franz Liszt represented.

The rooftop bar has incredible city views, and the Harmony Spa is perfect for both partying and chilling out. If you love music, this place really gets it.

After World War II, the building got pretty run down. But in 2016, they spent 85,000 hours restoring everything. The brown and gold interior goes up several stories, and that glass dome at the top is just stunning. The name comes from Paris's "Passage des Panoramas" because of the long shopping corridor that still runs through the building. You can still eat at the Párisi Passage Café where people used to shop.
